By accessing or using Licid's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Licid provides a platform for creators to sell digital content with automated licensing. Our services include file hosting, payment processing, license certificate generation, and delivery management.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Licensing

As a creator, you retain all rights to your content. By uploading content, you grant Licid a limited license to host, display, and distribute your content to facilitate sales. You represent that:

• •Your content does not infringe on third-party rights
• •Your content complies with all applicable laws

5. Payments and Fees

Licid charges a platform fee on each transaction. Payment processing fees are handled by our payment partner, Stripe. Payouts are processed according to our payout schedule, typically within 3-5 business days.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Licid to sell illegal content, content that infringes intellectual property rights, malware or harmful software, or content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
